SPORTS
My love for sports photography started with a spread assignment. I had to go take pictures at a basketball game. After that game ,I never wanted to put the camera down. I went to almost every home basketball game that year. I have been to every home football game for the past two seasons. I have digitally shared my pictures with the people and everyone in the stands. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you get that moment of raging emotions of the athletes or the supporters.
PORTRAITS
I will never forget the first photo shoot I went on with my best friend. I had so much excitement and could barely hold the camera level. After sitting down and getting a feel for what photography was, I knew this was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I have always loved getting close and personal with photography. That's why portraits are so exciting to take; you get to connect with your subject in a way no one else can.
SPIRIT AND COMMUNITY EVENTS
Going to events that the community held is something I am going to miss when I graduate. Not only was it a way I could meet new people and capture new types of moments, but I was able to show my support for the community.
